14-day money-back guarantee
If you are a first-time subscriber, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. This applies to all three plans: monthly (25 EUR), quarterly (60.75 EUR), and annual (180 EUR). The 14-day window starts on the date of your first successful charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@cvoracle.com from the address on your account and include the date of your payment. You do not need to justify the request. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to process approved refunds the same week.
What is not refundable
The guarantee covers your first paid period only. Renewals after the first period are not refundable. If you forget to cancel before a renewal charges, you can still cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal so that no further charges occur, but the current period will not be refunded. We also do not refund accounts that have been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (for example, scraping or uploading content you do not have the rights to).
When the money lands
Once we approve the refund, Stripe returns the amount to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you still do not see it, email support@cvoracle.com and we will look into it with Stripe.
Cancellation versus refund
Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current period. If you want both, cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal and email us to request the refund, and we will handle both ends.
